MORE Socks Returns and Exchange Policy
Please be advised that all product sales are final. We are unable to allow returns on our socks for health and safety reasons. If there is a problem with a product that you ordered, you could be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item. These items must be unused, with labels and packaging intact. As soon as we receive your refund request, you will be reimbursed for the product and shipping charges (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the standard method of delivery we offer). When requesting a refund, please ensure you include a brief explanatory note that includes your name, order number, and reason for the return.
The deadline to request a refund is 30 days of receiving the item. To exercise the right to a refund, please contact us, making sure to include:
- Your order number (located in the confirmation email we sent you)
- Product number of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return (it helps us make our socks better!)
Please do not send us the products you wish to receive a refund for. We do not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping, and will not reimburse you for the cost.
We will refund the payment using the information provided in the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly indicated. You will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.
We can withhold the refund until proof of its condition is provided to us (if necessary).
MORE Socks Complaint Policy
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged items, we will cover the shipping cost and initiate either a refund or new pair, depending on your preference. Remember to use scissors when removing labels on our socks, as these labels are attached with threads and might cause tears. Holes caused by incorrectly removing labels will not be refunded or replaced.
